I am Hannah Rosman

I'm a recent high school graduate from Arlington, Virginia. In the fall, I will be going to Northeastern University to study communication and film studies. I have always loved movies, but my relationship to them have definitely changed over time. As an angsty preteen, movies were my escape. As I have matured and become inquisitve about humanity and other lofty subjects, I have discovered that movies and the culture around them are absolutely the best window into the past. Whether I am watching one of my favorite movies or one I absolutely despise, I take so much joy in considering and exploring the culture that surrounded it and its creators. It is like my personal time machine. It transports me, it teaches me, and gives me a lot of material to babble about here.
